The bunches of the fruit start to adorn the green leaves of the vineyards as if they were jewels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>If you have the chance to spend a weekend in the majestic Chianti shire in this period, you\u2019ll be able to satisfy all of your senses at once. <\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/scentcompany.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/wine-olfactory-branding2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7127\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You start from the <strong>sight<\/strong>, with all the different shades of colors that the leaves have in autumn, to the <strong>smell <\/strong>thanks to a fine glass of wine in your hands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who doesn\u2019t enjoy the smell of a just poured glass of wine? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you like guessing the various aromas that smell? <\/strong>The fragrance that we perceive from this beverage, once considered godly, is a synonym of pleasure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"blob:http:\/\/blog.scentcompany.info\/69ca6b94-81dc-46df-b883-8036b5b5573d\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Its complexity is due to the several layers, in total three, that wine\u2019s fragrance has. <strong>As you take a first hint of the wine, you\u2019ll encounter the primary aromas<\/strong> which are usually linked to the type of vineyard the fruit comes from. It\u2019s typical to smell notes of sage, rose, and several other flowers and fruits that are characteristic of the \u201caromatic\u201d grapes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, from a fruity and floral note, <strong>the secondary aromas emerge<\/strong>. In this case, the maker of the wine can choose the preferred fragrance since it\u2019s linked to the winemaking practices as fermentation or, at the beginning of the process, the grape pressing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fruity notes remain at the center of attention with hints of apple, melon, and pineapple. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finally, the tertiary aromas<\/strong> come from the aging process that wine goes through to become its very version of itself.
